  • Our coaching will take place on Zoom. If you’re based in London, or will be visiting London, we can definitely do one of our sessions in person.

  • It depends on which package you go for. If it’s a bigger package, I recommend 3 sessions per month.

  • A therapist is someone who supports you to heal your past. Mentoring is getting general guidance from someone who's walked the walk. Coaching is a way to help you find your own answers to take brave steps towards your new and ambitious future.

  • No way! You do you. I’ve lived in the UK since 2009 and I totally understand the cultural differences between North America and Europe.

  • I’m a Co-active coach, certified by the international Coach Training Institute (CTI), I am a licensed Firework Careers Coach and certified Careershifters Careers Coach and I recently graduated from CTI’s one-year CTI Leadership programme in Spain.

    I have a BA in Sociology and a diploma in PR and Communications from back in the day.

  • Based on my 15 years of coaching, I can say that if you are struggling with depression of bad anxiety, this is not a good time for you to make this investment.

    Coaching requires dreaming big and stretching your comfort zones. When you are struggling emotionally, it can be hard to do either of those things.

    My recommendation is to work with a therapist and or your doctor and come back to coaching when you are feeling a bit stronger.
